Your Role and Responsibilities

IBM is looking for a self-driven and highly motivated Accounts Payable Specialist with proven experience to join our IBM Procurement Services team for one of IBM’s key clients in the Germany.

As an Accounts Payable Specialist for Invoice Verification you will be supporting back office requirements which includes but not limited to supporting different team members as well as stakeholders and vendors in relation to invoices validation.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

What you will bring to the team:

• Experienced in payments invoice posting vendor management including query resolution and vendor reconciliation is plus
• Demonstrated expertise in managing payment reporting and reconciliation activities is good to have
• GERMAN Language is a must

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

Experience with the following are bonus points but not necessary you can learn them at IBM:

• T skills: ERP Systems
• Experience with dashboards and reporting tools
