Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity to support our Arrow Global Supply Chain Services business team as an Accounts Payable Supervisor!
You will manage a team who has responsibility for a high volume of transactions and suppliers. A high level of collaboration with the business is required to ensure we are meeting the needs of each program.
This position is part of a hybrid work schedule allowing for 3 days in the office per week and 2 days remote.
What You'll Be Doing:

• Support a high visible and fast paced / growing business.
• Ensure that invoices are processed according to AGSCS SLAs.
• Work with suppliers on unresolved issues, ensuring transactions are reviewed, and responded to the same day.
• Participate in solutioning and onboarding of new clients / programs.
• Set priorities for the team to ensure task completion, coordinate work activities within the team.
• Collaborate on a regular basis with our internal customers.
• Work with treasury to process wire payments.
• Partner with the Accountants to resolve any variances, where needed.
• Escalate issues with our IT and help desk to get issues resolved timely.
• Decisions are guided by policies, procedures and business plan; receives guidance and oversight from your manager.
• Accountable for the results of meeting our SLA / KPI's.
• Solve problems based on practice and precedent.
• Train team members and provide input to employee performance evaluations.

What We Are Looking For:

• An associate degree and at least 4 years of accounts payable (preferred), accounts receivable, and/or collections experience; or equivalent work experience.
• Strong management skills, managing a team for 1+ year.
• Experience in a mid to large size, public complex company.
• Experience using Oracle, SAP, or similar accounting software preferred.
• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, sumifs, etc.)
• Experience working with and collaborating with multiple departments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of transactions.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$74,000.00 - $81,400.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
