Accounts Payable Supervisor

Color Brands is an international distributor of popular drinks and snacks around the globe. We are seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead our A/P team.

Role and Responsibilities.

• Oversee the daily operations of the accounts payable department, including supervising staff, managing workflows, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments.
• Ensure that financial deadlines are met, and that customer service is provided to all internal stakeholders.
• Monitor accounts and ensure that any discrepancies are identified and resolved.
• Assist with the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
• Communicate with other teams to resolve discrepancies.

Requirements
Qualifications and Education Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field• 5+ years of accounts payable experience• Proven experience supervising staff and managing processes• Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures• Proficient with accounting software and Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint• Experience with foreign operating entities

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills• Excellent analytical and communication skills• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines• Experience with NetSuite
