Accounts Receivable Administrator

Your Day-To-Day

• Accountable and Responsible for the delivery of Invoices to the customer;
• Accountable and Responsible for Cash application activities;
• Accountable and Responsible for invoice customization and all manual transactions activities needed to ensure the correct creation of PTC invoices;
• Ensure SOX compliant processes are successfully performed.

Skills and knowledge most relevant to the job:

• Accountability
• Excel skills
• Detail orientated and team work
• Fluent in English is mandatory
• Technical skills in billing, accounting and/or tax
• Six Sigma/Lean projects
• Knowledge of an ERP (preferable Oracle)

Basic Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree, in Finance, Accounting, or business-related field
• 1-2 plus years’ experience in Accounts Receivable or similar department
