@LifeAtALKU as the Accounts Receivable Administrator:

The primary purpose of the Accounts Receivable Administrator is to maximize cash flow and reduce the account delinquency. By identifying and solving problems, this position works effectively with all necessary internal departments to establish and maintain communication with the client base.  

The Day to Day: 

• Review aging reports weekly, accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned client base.
• Call on all outstanding balances over 30 days (or specified payment terms).
• Provide customer service regarding collections issues.
• Resolve client discrepancies and short payments.
• Participate in monthly aging reviews.
• Escalate problem accounts to senior management and sales team when necessary to accelerate the collection process.
• Assist Cash Department with unidentified payments and on account payments.
• Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with client base, sales and billing teams.
• Ensure accuracy of all client based projects on an as needed basis.
