Accounts Receivable Analyst

Ibotta is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding.

This position is located in Denver, Colorado or with the option of full-time remote. Candidates must live in the United States.

What you will be doing:

• Responsible for analyzing customer accounts and identifying high risk customers that we need to take action on.

• Promotes and demonstrates a commitment to quality and timely processing of all Accounts Receivable tasks, working to ensure prompt and accurate billing, collections and cash applications to minimize billing errors and collections,

• Compile and prepare various month end, quarter end, and year end close reports.

• Assist with compiling information for auditors.

• Work with internal departments to research issues, and provide support .

• Work with the AR team on process improvements.

• Run weekly AR reports and provide input regarding collection status and help with forecasting cash collections.

• Assist with month-end close and analysis of AR allowance.

• Assist with customer relations, special projects, AR process improvement, and compliance matters.

What we are looking for:

• 2-4 years of accounting and/or billing experience or equivalent experience in a fast-paced environment

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred or an equivalent combination of related education and experience

• Strong customer service, data entry, and organizational skills

• Capability to perform multiple tasks with changing priorities and to follow through to completion on all assignments

Additional Details:

• This position is located in Denver, CO and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Lifestyle Spending Account, 401k match, profit sharing and equity.

• Base compensation range: $55,000-$75,000. This compensation range is specific only to Colorado and may be adjusted based on actual experience. Total compensation for this role also includes a variable component in addition to base salary.
