Lucid is seeking a dynamic Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our accounting team. We play a critical role here at Lucid ensuring accurate financial reporting, optimal financial management, and efficient operations. We have optimized many of our accounting processes and systems and we still have a lot of work to do, especially after opening offices in The Netherlands and Australia. We are looking for a high performing individual who can work in many systems, process a high volume of transactions, and collect like a pro. Responsibilities:

• Respond professionally to customer inquiries and requests in a timely manner
• Make collections a bonding experience with our customers
• Identify and resolve all accounts receivable discrepancies
• Become a subject matter expert in Recurly and Netsuite
• Work collaboratively with our energetic sales team that closes deals all day, every day
• Provide monthly reporting on AR aging, days sales outstanding, details on overdue balances and other KPIs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to collect crazy amounts of cash!
• Excel proficiency
• Passion for working with emerging technologies with an ability to understand new technical concepts
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter with zeal for taking ownership
• Strategic thinker who operates with extreme attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently with little direction
