Accounts Receivable Associate- Licensing, Automation, and Compliance

Position Summary:

Th Licensing and Compliance Associate is responsible for overseeing Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and Fintech account set-up and aging report, generating various billing claims, and validating Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) compliance. This unique position will utilize not only accounting skills but also strong customer relationship management skills.

• Oversee Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and Fintech aging reports, resolving outstanding balances for assigned business units
• Manage accounts receivable related to EDI and Fintech, including collections, researching payment agreements, and ensuring overall accuracy
• Generate various billback/claims invoices and ensure timely and accurate supplier billing
• Prepare and communicate ABC state license reports to internal and external and update internal ERP to ensure compliance and data integrity
• Respond to EDI and Fintech issues from team members and internal and external customers
• File Maintenance and uploading documents into external portals
• Other projects or duties as assigned
