A little about the role…

The Accounts Receivable Collection Specialist will reach out to customers that have a past due balance greater than 60 days via telephone or email. This person in this position will process incoming payments along with coordinating all necessary paperwork.

What You Will Do…

• Manage soft lock process
  • Weekly upload in NetSuite
• Make collection calls on delinquent accounts
• Send notifications to customers with stop payments or returned payments
  • Create JE in NetSuite to show returned payment
• Send notifications to customer that send checks to the wrong address
  • Send payments received at corporate office to lockbox a few times a week
• Managing bad debt balance and monthly JE
• Setting up payment plans for customers and maintaining payment plans
• Manage all AR over 60 days past due: This would be a manual process, sending out invoices and statements through email and tracking emails through a case. The goal would have AR until 500k on a consolidated level between Procare, Cirrus group, kinderlime, and kid reports.

Requirements

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have…

• Two years’ experience in corporate billing
• Two years’ customer service experience
• Demonstrated experience with accounting software such as NetSuite
• Strong computational skills
• An extreme attention to detail and organized
• Initiative to complete tasks independently
• High Problem-Solving Skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Robust written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive financial information
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Salary

$55k-$65K DOE

Location

This position is based in our Denver office. We are currently in a flexible hybrid in-office/remote working model based on local COVID-19 health regulations and business needs. Candidates must be willing and able to work from our Denver office a few days a week.
