The Accounts Receivable Collections Agent is an entry-point for a career in Finance. While some Collections, Accounts Receivable or corporate experience can help, they are not required.

About the Accounts Receivable/Collections Role
Files.com has had a tremendous increase in our number of customers and are seeing exponential growth. The Accounts Receivable Collections Agent will be responsible for making collections calls to clients that have fallen behind in payment.
In this role, you will be:
Making frequent calls to existing customers to schedule a payment.
Discussing sensitive financial details and expected to resolve these situations for our Finance team with few escalations.
Updating our database with notes for every client interaction.
