The Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist will perform accounts receivable transactions. Activities include communicating with customers about current and past due balances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow-up with customers to ensure timely payment of invoices
  • Investigate delinquent accounts
  • Complete AR projects as needed

Basic Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of work experience in accounting or a relevant role
  • Possess excellent organization, communication, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with industry-standard accounting software

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Information Systems
  • Able to take direction and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment
  • Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite Cloud Accounting Software

Compensation:
The hourly rate range for this role is $20.00-$24.00.
