The Corporate Accounting Team is looking for a Collections Specialist to lead our team. We are looking for someone who is excited to roll up their sleeves and get to work in both direct collection efforts, as well as management of our collections team.

The Impact You Will Make:

• Oversee all aspects of AR Cash Application and Collections processes.
• Support efforts for a Collections “Surge” initiative to quickly mobilize resources, collect aged balances, and identify root cause issues to drive organizational & process change.
• Support the team as needed through month end-close process.
• Optimize and enhance workflow to ensure procedures are performed accurately and timely with established SLA’s.
• Centralize disparate processes with standardized operating policies & procedures.
• Oversee internal collection team members with clearly defined SOPs.
• Implement 3rd party collections and write-off policies.
• Liaison with the Business Development team to create awareness & partner in the collection of outstanding balances for Enterprise accounts.
• Establish reporting with KPIs to measure and track performance.
• Provide weekly updates and monthly Executive reporting to communicate progress.
• Build effective working relationships with senior stakeholders across the company.
• Provide Accounting support as needed.

What You Will Bring:

• Preferred 3 years + experience with Order to Cash experience
• Experience with Dynamics for Accounts Receivable and Collection activities.
• Additional experience using other AR systems such as NetSuite, or other ERP systems.
• Ability to prioritize work and manage projects simultaneously
• Finance, Accounting or a similar degree
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
