Your role and responsibilities
  • Assist in the onboarding/offboarding of A/R processes for acquired or divested entities
  • Support data analysis and reconciliation of receivables during transition periods
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance Legal IT Treasury) to ensure smooth integration
  • Help document and standardize A/R processes across entities
  • Participate in project meetings and contribute to status reporting
  • Conduct benchmarking and performance tracking of A/R metrics
  • Assist in preparing presentations and reports for leadership review
Required education
High School Diploma/GED
Preferred education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
  • Financial Systems Knowledge: AR system of record EPM AR Infocenter.
  • Data Analysis Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables VLOOKUP formulas).
  • Accounting Principles: Basic understanding of accounts receivable processes cash application and reconciliation.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Ability to prepare clear concise reports and process documentation.
