The Accounts Receivable Manager will play a vital role in scaling our processes, leading a team to support platform collection efforts, managing offshore employees, and ensuring incoming cash flow and US GAAP compliance. This role offers the chance to contribute to a dynamic, high-growth environment where new ideas are welcomed, and collaboration is essential.

What you’ll get to do:

• Team Leadership: Build and scale accounting teams in both the US and Bangladesh to support Accounts Receivable operations, managing over $400M in cash flow.
• Staff Development: Lead performance management, training, and goal-setting initiatives to ensure continuous improvement and strong employee relationships.
• Transaction Oversight: Ensure the timely and accurate completion of accounting transactions in compliance with US GAAP, achieving a 5-day close process, and maintain collections policies to align with evolving strategies.
• Efficiency & DSO Improvement: Enhance department efficiency by streamlining processes and improving Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) to within 7 days of the Best Possible DSO.
• Audit & Metrics Management: Lead year-end audit activities for Accounts Receivable, provide key financial metrics, and support US GAAP revenue recognition processes, including the design and automation of NetSuite for invoicing and revenue management.

You might be a good fit if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field with 5+ years of general accounting experience.
• Extensive knowledge of US GAAP and expertise in financial systems like NetSuite.
• Advanced Excel skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain a big-picture perspective.
