The role of our Accounts Receivables Representatives is to manage cash applications and collections for assigned client accounts.
Primary Duties include but are not limited to: (Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable qualified individuals to perform essential functions.)
- Cash applications in GP Dynamics
- Researching payment variances
- Collecting past due receivables
- Maintaining Clients Accounts
- Creating Aging reports
- Business to Business communication
- Communicating with intercompany departments to resolve payment issues
- Depositing payments
- Processing ACH payments
Skills & Requirements:
- Experience with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP’s and simple equations to find payment discrepancies)
- Ability to work individually and meet deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to Detail
- Collections Experience B2B preferred
- Cash application experiences
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Accounting experience preferred but not required

Starting salary range:
- $21.00 per hour

- In Office (Fishers, IN)
- Full-Time (M-F, 8am-5pm)
