Job Description
Responsible for coordination of claim activities and timely reimbursement of receivables
Responsibilities
- Prepare, post, verify, and record payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.Â
- Create invoices according to company practices; submit invoices to clientsÂ
- Maintain and update client files, including name or address changes, mergers, or mailing attentions.Â
- Draft correspondence for standard past-due accounts and collections, identify delinquent accounts by reviewing files, and contact delinquent accountholders to request paymentÂ
- Assist in generating monthly billing statements based on the general ledgerÂ
- Assist in reconciling revenue accounts each monthÂ
- Copy, file, and retrieve materials for accounts receivableÂ
Qualifications
Required
- At least 3 years accounts receivable (AR) work experienceÂ
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and OutlookÂ
- High level of professionalism with internal and external clientsÂ
- Excellent verbal and written communication skillsÂ
Preferred
- At least 1 year Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform such as Financial Force work experience
- At least 1 year Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms such as SalesForce work experience
- Software company AR experience
- Contract experienceÂ
