ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST

Are you an upbeat, positive, friendly individual looking for something that is not your typical Accounts Receivable role?  Are you able to juggle many tasks with ease?  Do you thrive in an environment where every day is not the same?  We're looking for a strong team player to service our internal and external customers to process primarily cash payments company wide.  The Accounts Receivable Specialist will work closely with our Phoenix Dealership to ensure our customers’ needs are met quickly.

This opportunity is with the Packard Culligan franchise group, which has been family-owned and operated for nearly 80 years, headquartered in Minnetonka, MN. Culligan is the industry leader in commercial and residential water treatment and filtration systems, providing the best drinking water solutions to local customers

What does an Accounts Receivable Specialist do?

• Monitor aging reports of the dealership to identify unapplied payments and credits. Work with customers to ensure payments are received and applied.
• Correct misapplied customer payments in a timely manner.
• Process and reconcile incoming customer payments and apply the payments to open invoices.
• Reconcile Online Bill Pay (OBP) daily and research exceptions.
• Work with the dealership to manage OBP questions, reports, and customer service requests.
• Develop and maintain process and procedure documentation.

What qualities do you need to be an Accounts Receivable Specialist?

• Amazing communication skills! You will communicate verbally and via email
• Strong attention to detail, there are many components to this role
• Strong Organizational skills, technical aptitude, experience with Microsoft Office Excel and Microsoft Dynamics preferred
• Desire to become a “water treatment expert” through training
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data entry and documentation
• Our CSRs utilize multiple software systems and coordinate a large administrative/accounting function within the dealership
• The ability to be a team player and a friendly personality of course!
