Accounts Receivable Specialist

The Role: 

Carrot Fertility is seeking a dedicated Accounts Receivable Specialist to prepare customer invoices, collect payments, ensure proper controls and maintain relationships with our customers. This role will be part of our growing Finance Team with opportunities to develop/improve processes with a focus on accuracy and timeliness. We are looking for someone who wants to do more than just data entry, who is interested in working independently, owning processes and creating improvements. The Finance Team is fully remote and paperless, utilizing cloud-based software.

The Team: 

The Finance Team is a fast growing and dynamic group that focuses on improving processes, maintaining reliable controls and meeting deadlines.The position will be a vital member of the Finance Team reporting to our Controller. 

Minimum Qualifications: 

• BS in Accounting
• 3-5 years of experience in similar positions
• Proficiency in NetSuite

Preferred Qualifications:

• Highly organized and detailed oriented
• Self-motivated and able to work independently 
• Comfortable working remotely 
• Proficiency in Google Suite products (Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.)
• Proficiency in cloud-based software, (Bill.com, Coupa, Tipalti, Scout, etc.)
• Great communication skills

Compensation:

The starting base salary for this position will range from $68,000.00 - $91,000.00. Actual compensation may vary from posted base salary depending on your confirmed job-related skills and experience.
