Job Description:

• Receives and responds to billing-related inquiries from customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Initiates outbound communications via phone, letters, and email, to collect outstanding receivables.
• Uses office-automated systems to evaluate customer accounts, update information, and document interactions.
• Effectively collaborates with internal teams to resolve questions and concerns requiring considerable judgment and initative.
• Delivers clear and professional verbal and written communications.
