The role:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage all aspects of Accounts Receivable. This is an individual contributor, responsible for, but not limited to, performing the day-to-day activities of the Accounts Receivable. This is a high profile, high volume, multi-tasking position, which requires excellent time management and communication skills.

What you'll do:

• Timely payment application to customer accounts in Quickbooks and Webstore from prior day payment receipts
• Facilitate payment receipt for EFTs, physical checks, mail orders and credit card payments
• Work closely with Collections Coordinator for visibility into short payments and other payment issues
• Assist sales team with account management by notifying them once expected payments have been received
• Record credit card settlements on a daily basis from merchant processing portals to record revenue daily
• Process invoicing for customer orders and intercompany billbacks 
• Manage all new customer creation in Quickbooks 
• Monthly reconciliation of sales and payments to ensure accuracy of month end financials and customer accounts
• Coordinate with sales team on invoice processing and reconciliation for key accounts
• Collaborate with sales team to maintain accuracy of customer accounts linked to external brokers
• Provide leadership monthly sales reports by customer
• Assist with other departmental tasks as needed

What You’ll Bring:

• Minimum two years of relevant Accounts Receivable or Accounting experience
• Quickbooks experience strongly preferred but not required
• Intermediate Microsoft excel skills
• Familiarity with Google Suite applications (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.) 
• Bright and positive attitude to contribute towards overall team success
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal teams, customers and vendors

Base salaries may vary based on factors such as skills, experience and qualifications for the role. Base pay is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include short & long term incentive compensation. In addition, employees are eligible for our standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and 401K match.
