Who we're looking for:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Trade Specialist to support multiple Affinity Group regions. If you enjoy technology, can easily navigate multiple platforms, and are both a great communicator and analyst, this is the job for you. This is a remote position based out of our Charlotte, North Carolina office that will report to the Trade Administration Manager.Â
Candidates must have highly proficient skills with Excel and Advanced Adobe Pro.

Job Duties:
- Excel (a must): Ability to quickly translate data
- Accounts Receivable: Ensure fast and accurate processing of customer invoices according to each client’s procedures or trade administration program.
- Account Reconciliation:Â Research and resolve payment discrepancies
- Prioritize workload and manage time effectively to meet client deadlines.
- Work collaboratively with clients and sales team on the upkeep, renewal and creation of new contracts/ trade programs.
- Communicator:Â Respond to internal and external customer inquiries with professional written and verbal skills in a timely manner.
This role might be for you if you have:
- Credible experience:Â 2-4 years of practical Accounts Receivable experience
- Administrative:Â Be analytically inclined, with attention to detail, and love working with Excel data
- Technology:
- High proficiency in Excel and Advanced Adobe Pro is a must
- Experience working with trade management software such as Blacksmith and Exceedra
- Comfortable working with PC cloud-based solutions such as Microsoft O365 products, Teams, SharePoint, Zoom, etc.
- Systems Passion:Â Experience with online systems and trade administration
- Discipline:Â Ability to be self-motivated, to multi-task and achieve time-sensitive deadlines
- Teamwork:Â Ability to partner with diverse teams and learn from others, regardless of titles
What to Expect:
- Remote position
- Typical work week: Mon thru Fri (8 A.M. to 5 P.M.)
- No travel, except for on rare occasions for a continuing education
