Accounts Receivable/Data Integrity Representative

This is a fully remote and temporary position. 
 

We are seeking detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable/Data Integrity Representative to join our team to work on a special project within the call center department!
This a fully remote and temporary position up through year end based on business need. Part time up to 40 hours per week with a flexible schedule! The ideal candidate will understand accounting principles, be detailed oriented, quick learner of systems and a problem solver.
Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues with customer accounts.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve billing and customer issues.
• Fast learner of multiple systems
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Problem solver
