Assistant Clinical Director - 40 hrs, 4 days per week

Thriveworks Counseling is looking for a motivated and driven individual to assist in the growth of our organization! The Assistant Clinic Director will be responsible for assisting the Clinic Director Team with tasks related to clinician onboarding, clinical compliance, reporting, clinician follow-up, documentation, training, and clinician support.

Compensation - $50,000 per year 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Running reports, compiling data, following up with clinicians on clinical and administrative documentation, and operational compliance.
• Assisting clinicians with onboarding, account setup, training & troubleshooting
• Various administrative tasks such as email response, office supply levels, and other tasks as necessary from time to time.

Requirements:

• An active and unrestricted professional licensure as LCSW, LICSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, Licensed Clinical Psychologist, OR Supervisee (Graduate, Resident, Associate, Candidate)
• The ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong enthusiasm and engaging approach to assisting and training
• Be willing to always find a way to “MIH” (Make It Happen)
• Work independently and with a team to produce excellent results
• The ability to work 4 days/week 8 am-7 pm, 9 am-8 pm (EST) including Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday (4th day TBD).
