Essential Functions:
- Completes daily activities related to ACH payments.
- Responds to and resolves internal and external electronic payment inquiries, problems and errors.
- Conducts ATM reconciliation and error resolution.
- Maintains required data and logs.
- Generates and maintains required reports.
- Serves as back-up for other duties of electronic banking department.
- Performs all work in compliance with applicable regulations/policy and procedures.
- Conducts daily Cash Advance and Gift Card reconciliation
- Conducts OFAC account validation for ach transactions
Position Requirements:
- High School graduate or GED.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years banking experience with knowledge of ACH payments preferred.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to interpret and analyze data, and to make situational decisions applying standard practices and procedures; detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently; self-starter.
- Good verbal and written communications skills.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to complete multiple tasks.
- Good interpersonal skills.
