Essential Functions:

• Completes daily activities related to ACH payments.
• Responds to and resolves internal and external electronic payment inquiries, problems and errors.
• Conducts ATM reconciliation and error resolution.
• Maintains required data and logs.
• Generates and maintains required reports.
• Serves as back-up for other duties of electronic banking department.
• Performs all work in compliance with applicable regulations/policy and procedures.
• Conducts daily Cash Advance and Gift Card reconciliation
• Conducts OFAC account validation for ach transactions

Position Requirements:

• High School graduate or GED.
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years banking experience with knowledge of ACH payments preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to interpret and analyze data, and to make situational decisions applying standard practices and procedures; detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently; self-starter.
• Good verbal and written communications skills.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to complete multiple tasks.
• Good interpersonal skills.
