Job Description

Role Overview: We are seeking a technically proficient Senior Consultant specializing in Aconex to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 5-8 years of experience in implementing and optimizing Aconex for large-scale engineering and construction projects.

Technical Role:

· Execute precise setup and configuration of Aconex, including defining project-specific access controls, workflows, and system integrations.

· Customize Aconex functionalities, configuring document management, workflow automation, and metadata schemas to meet project-specific requirements and optimize performance.

· Integrate Aconex with Primavera P6 and Unifier, establishing data synchronization protocols for real-time updates and accurate project scheduling.

· Develop and deploy Aconex API and configuring integration endpoints for seamless data exchange and system interoperability.

· Provide expert technical support by performing in-depth diagnostics, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex Aconex issues to ensure system stability.

· Implement and enforce document control processes within Aconex, including configuring version control, access permissions, and compliance tracking.

· Conduct regular quality assurance checks on Aconex data and workflows, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project standards.
· Design and generate detailed Aconex reports and dashboards using advanced data visualization tools, analyzing system usage to identify improvement areas and execute corrective actions.
Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Information Technology, or a related field.

· 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Aconex implementation and administration, with strong technical and functional expertise is mandotary.

· In-depth knowledge of Aconex modules, configuration options, integration capabilities, and customization techniques.

· Experience in large-scale engineering and construction projects using Aconex.

· Strong understanding of document control and information management processes.

· Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills with a detail-oriented approach.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

· Aconex Certification (e.g., Aconex Certified Professional) is highly desirable.

· PMP, PMI-ACP, or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.

· Relevant experience in infrastructure, civil engineering, transportation, or complex buildings is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
