To strengthen our current compliance team now we have an opening for an Acquiring Account Manager.

Your main tasks will be:

• Own end-to-end communication processes with banks and acquirers, answer bank requests, provide requested information and documentation in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate and complete internal records for the documentation provided to external parties.
• Be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with Acquirers and PSP’s.
• Assist in updating internal handbooks with compliance-related information.
• Communicate with technical colleagues and external partners to translate technical details to business- oriented sets of requirements.
• Support in drafting internal compliance policies, manuals and other documents as needed.
• Participate in relevant card scheme industry events and webinars to bring best available practices to company processes.
• Assist in conducting regulatory horizon scanning and disseminating information to management and staff about regulatory changes.
• Support company product initiatives implementing risk based approaches.

We expect from you:

• 1-2 years of experience working as an Institutional account manager, a KYC analyst, or a merchant underwriter specialist in PSP (Payment service provider), bank, online casino, high risk fintech (Forex, Crypto).
• Basic knowledge of Visa and Mastercard scheme rules and regulations. On-hand expirience with KYC practices or Institutional account management.
• Ability to find information and translate it into understandable points to implement.
• Ability to work independently, without constant control.
• Fluent/native Russian.
• Fluent English.
