Acquisition Marketing Manager/Specialist

We have a fun, fast-paced & close-knit workplace environment and are looking for an experienced Acquisition Marketing Manager/Specialist to join the team. This role will be directly responsible for the following:

• Responsible for leading new customer acquisition strategy and execution across all paid channels
• Ensure brand strategy is executed cohesively to provide a successful brand experience.
• Launch new paid channels including paid social channels and programmatic TV, display and direct mail campaigns
• Create and maintain paid social media and Google keyword and shopping ad campaigns to reach key audiences
• Work cross functionally with ecommerce, marketing, planning and finance teams to ensure digital channels achieve the forecast ROAS and CLV
• Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, using data and analytics to inform decision-making and optimize results

Requirements

• 2 to 7 years of running large Google Ads, Shopping and Facebook campaigns
• Experience in a DTC digital marketing role managing budgets of at least $5m/yr
• Proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Facebook Ads Manager
• Strong Excel and finance skills
• Positive attitude, collaborative personality
• Strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail

• Proficiency in data and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics/Power BI and other proprietary marketing platforms
