Required Skills:

5+ Years of experience in OSS CPE device management and provisioning using ACS (Auto Configuration Server),
Working Experience in 24x7 production application management and Support.
Working Experience with Axiros ACS will be preferred.
Primary skills ACS, TR069, TR369 / USP and SNMP Protocol, Containers, Ansible, My SQL, Jenkins Secondary skills Ops role: basic troubleshooting of networking, Linux systems, Linux based applications, Kubernetes, On Prem and Cloud Deployment Model, RRD, round robin Db/ Time series database, Elasticsearch, Redis, OSI Network and Application Layer protocols (TCP, UDP , SSH) Programming skills Python, Shell scripting Environment Linux (Preferably: Debian) and Containers, Domain Telecom, CPE Device Management and Provisioning

Responsibilities:
As part of the Infosys team, your primary role would be -

• Manage and Maintain Production Instances of ACS and with High - Availability.
• L3 Level Platform problems troubleshooting expertise during application outage, Incidents and Change within SLA.
• Environment configuration.
• Performance tuning and Solution optimization skill, Root Cause Analysis, Proactive problem solving and workaround skills. RPO and RTO optimization.
• Operational and BAU data analytic and reporting.
• Environment Patching and Upgrade.
• Setting up DR, Geo Redundant, Prod replica environment from scratch.
• Environment Monitoring and Health check.
• Production deployment and support
• BAU Impact Assessment
• Automation
• Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment using Jenkins.
• Identity and Access Management - User, Groups, Role, Privileges.
• Ansible deployments.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge in FTTH/DOCSIS technologies.
• Internet, VOIP and DTV TR069 and Docsis supported CPE provisioning and management.
• CPE Firmware types and knowledge.
• CPE Management
