Salary Range for this position is $20/hr - $25/hr

Essential Job Functions 

• Track and resolve outstanding projects from release to installer to board for all markets; including but not limited to:
• Obtain completion (final inspection) letters from municipalities.
• Ensure municipality are sending solar permit to utility in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with subcontractor to correct all fail inspections deficiencies prior to re-inspection.
• Partner with utility contacts to submit interconnection agreement & obtain executed interconnection agreement.
• Follow up with customers/utility to verify status of net meter.
• Final Utility and State submissions.
• Coordinate with Field Coordinator Supervisor to ensure activation are scheduled and completed in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with EE Supervisor to ensure upgrades are scheduled and completed in a timely manner.
• Communicating with all B Stream for Post Installation customers on a regular basis keeping them appraised of status and projected schedule.
• Continue to push the parameters view, call screen, and metrics currently be working on and measure these reports for future markets as we grow.
• Answer phone and email requests from customer.
• Communicate with all departments to improve customer experience.

Education/Experience 

• High School diploma or GED 
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred 
• Proficiency with Google Workspace preferred
• 3 or more years of experience in a related field and position preferred
