Position Overview

Autodesk Growth Marketing is looking for an experienced program manager to lead a global program that requires significant cross-team collaboration. You should have experience with subscription and cloud-based offerings across the customer lifecycle, including ensuring sales and customer success strategies that delight and retain customers. You will report into the Manager of Global Account Team Activation. In short, our mission is to align marketing strategy with go-to-market teams across the lifecycle to build relationships and stimulate productive actions within our accounts. Our activation programs require a comprehensive approach that includes design, go-to-market readiness, change management, and establishing new business policies.

Your major focus areas will be on enablement of best practices, scaling processes for a volume audience, influencing customer success standards, and change management. We are looking for a leader who can partner with business leads and other key constituencies to ensure customer satisfaction, deepen product adoption, and increase subscription renewals.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the end-to-end execution of multiple programs and is accountable for delivering all program components
  • Synthesize requirements gathered from multiple (sometimes competing) sources, reconciles conflicts, and advocates for a delivery roadmap that balances multiple corporate objectives
  • Work with the Autodesk design teams to create comprehensive designs of the future-state customer experience for programs
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements for complex programs and translate them into a logical program roadmap
  • Balance requirements with technical feasibility and helps set expectations on the delivery of program components, recommends and articulates alternative program approaches
  • Track metrics to inform decision-making on program health and expansion
  • Produce and present visualizations to gain alignment and influence with key stakeholders and executives
  • Serve as subject matter expert and advocate on Customer Success best practices
  • Does all of the above with a "customer first" mindset to ensure what's being delivered results in an exceptional customer experience

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years experience managing the concurrent delivery of several customer-facing programs - transaction management, subscription experience or customer success focus
  • Experience in a SaaS or subscription-based software company or equivalent consulting engagements
  • Presentation skills (in-person and virtual) with different audiences from technical, sales, corporate, and executive roles
  • Experience influencing and implementing change within cross-functional teams
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Experience working with data independently and with analytics teams to represent program results
  • This is a hybrid role with some travel required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Interest in new technologies, software industry trends, and design
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and sales automation tools such as Outreach, Salesloft, or High Velocity Sales
  • Certifications: PMP, LUMA

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $82,900 and $143,000. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
