Activations Supervisor

We are looking for Activations Supervisor to innovate, win, and grow with us remotely! In this role, you will have supervisory oversight responsibilities for specific Activations Specialist Team members. The Supervisor is responsible for motivating the Team, driving morale, mentoring members and leading by example. You will have a strong understanding of the team members’ strengths in order to allocate the most appropriate resources to activate enrollments.
How you'll contribute:
- Monitors and tracks audit performance and communicates key performance metrics, successes, and problem solving recommendations to Management
- Supporting ad-hoc report creation and delivery of month end reports to Management and Team
- Effectively considers challenges end to end and comes up with solutions to resolve them including but not limited to entering JIRA tickets for product issues and enhancements
- Organizing and update SOPs and best practices in order to maximize enrollment activation results while mitigating risk and fraud
- Develops strong relationships with other Bottomline teams to build collaboration and identify potential opportunities to improve efficiencies and process
- Manage Multiple Priorities and multiple concurrent activities while showing effective judgment in prioritizing activities and time allocation
- Conduct monthly 1:1 meetings and provide training, coaching, constructive feedback and growth opportunities to Team Members
- Manages time sheets, time off requests, staffing allocation/resource planning and HR relations
- Supports team members by answering and responding to first line of questions and taking warm transfer calls and follow-up for Vendor’s seeking Supervisor contact
- Expertly position the value of Paymode-X for the Vendor community and handling Vendor inquiries
- Effectively educate Vendors on the various aspects of the authentication process and the value and benefits of receiving payments ACH via Paymode-X
- Has the ability to function in a Team atmosphere and possesses superior organization and time management skills
- Responsible for ensuring Customer Delight is at the forefront of all authentication activities
