Job Description

What You'll Do

• Conduct an assessment of Brooks AD / AAD including inputs, outputs, GPOs, and scripts, then define strategic and short-term objectives
• Based on the assessment, the business priorities and the IT strategy, define a Brooks tailored AD / AAD strategy and roadmap. The roadmap will build a strong and scalable foundation to support the company growth target. It will also include mitigation actions and quick wins to address immediate needs
• Serve as technical leader for AD / AAD for team members and others across the Organization
• Serve as technical escalation point for troubleshooting and resolving advanced issues with Microsoft technology.
• Create and maintain architectural reference documentation.
• Create and maintain policies and procedures as related to SOX (ITGC), participate in audits, and ensure continuous compliance with applicable regulations.
• Be part of our cloud first initiatives and be a key contributor in moving to and enabling these technologies.

What You'll Bring

• 5 to 10 years' experience with extensive and comprehensive knowledge of AD / AAD in a Global environment.
• Outstanding technical knowledge and applied experience in adjacent Microsoft applications and connecting affinity applications, including network security architecture and operations, cloud architecture, and authentication and access control.
• Demonstrated project management skills and ability to track and report progress against established milestones, metrics, and deliverables.
• Excellent written and verbal skills demonstrating the ability to communicate with purpose, clarity, and accuracy to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with business continuity planning, high availability concepts, and resilient design.
• Familiarity with information security standards and industry regulations, including SOX, ISO 27000 series, GDPR, PCI, etc.
• Experience working in private and public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, etc.)
• Experience with Active Directory consolidations/migrations and movement to AAD
• In depth experience with scripting tools, such as PowerShell.
• Experience with privileged access management tools and processes to ensure "least privilege" model is applied
• Ability to operate effectively in a global multi-cultural environment
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills across a range of technologies
• Bachelor's degree in technology (computer science/engineering) is preferred. An advanced degree is a plus.

Salary Ranges

$96,476.54 USD to $126,466.28 USD
