Job Summary

Responsible for playing a key role in inforce management requiring actuarial expertise relating to illustrations, tax compliance issues, and agent/policyholder requests. This role works with a wide variety of stakeholders, including field partners, IT, illustration software vendors, and internal administrative personnel to provide solutions to policyholders to allow them to make informed decisions.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Responding to illustration, tax compliance, and agent/policyholder requests in a timely and accurate manner

Contributing toward improving processes to continually better serve our customers' needs

Testing changes in existing products on the various administrative and illustrations systems

Coordinating inforce efforts with new product development efforts

Job Requirements

Required Education and/or Certifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Math/Finance
    Actuarial background and/or LOMA helpful


Required Work Experience

  • 5+ years of insurance related experience
    Previous work experience demonstrating good communication skills and the ability to deal professionally with others at all levels, strong problem solving skills, and aptitude for research and PC abilities
  • Or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background
  • Provide accurate illustration request responses in a timely manner
  • Provide accurate values for tax compliance requests in a timely manner
  • Show consistent growth in product, rider, and tax compliance knowledge
  • Support continuous process improvement as it relates to providing sound financial information to our policyholders and agents
  • Demonstrate EWA and ASPIRE values


Salary Band: 04B

This selected candidate will be expected to work remote/hybrid/onsite in [insert location].The candidate will also be expected to physically return to the office in CA, WI, IN or ME as business needs dictate or for team-building and collaboration.
