Ad Monetization Manager

At Axes In Motion we develop and publish F2P mobile games from our office in Seville. Our games have been downloaded more than 400 million times all over the world, with a focus on open world driving simulators. We are currently expanding our talented and passionate team with the addition of a Ad Monetization Manager.

We are looking for an analytical and communicative profile with knowledge of data management and business-focused analysis skills to carry out the optimization of advertising monetization systems at Axes In Motion.

What will you do?

• Setting up and optimizing ad monetization for our games through mediation.
• Benchmark the market and networks to provide new collaborations.
• Engaging with advertisers Account Manager to understand and align our collaboration strategy.
• Ability to define, measure and conclude AB Tests.
• Actively participate in the F2P industry, keep up to date with mobile games news and participate in forums and events.
• Communicate the results of research and developments in advertising.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the ad monetization ecosystem
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Experience with advertising platforms and ad networks used in the gaming industry (Admob, MAX, Levelplay…).
• Good communication and negotiation skills to collaborate with external partners
• Proven analytical competencies, data-oriented and comfortable with presenting data
• Excellent English communication proficiency.
