The Digital Ad Operations team sits at the center of the digital media buy and plays a key role in making sure that all advertising campaigns that run across Forbes are executed properly and run smoothly from start to finish. The Ad Ops Coordinator is an integral part of each campaign, keeping a close eye on delivery and performance from launch and ensuring throughout the flight that each campaign has hit its goals. The core responsibilities of the role will include trafficking and optimizing digital advertising campaigns as well as providing detailed analysis of campaign performance. This individual will also be responsible for some aspects of client communication, media planning, and overall digital strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all digital advertising campaigns are executed in an accurate and timely manner
- Manage receipt, testing, and any required technical adjustment of creative in time for campaign launch
- Suggest and make campaign optimizations and revisions that will benefit in both performance & delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop a thorough understanding of client expectations and KPIs for each campaign
- Support sales and clients through receiving and testing creative, pacing, optimization, delivery, and performance
- Communicate campaign problems to the sales team effectively and proactively offer viable alternatives
- Pull 3rd party delivery reports; identify and investigate 3rd party discrepancies as necessary
- Provide mid and end of campaign reports along with detailed analysis of performance and audience to enable strategic improvements and showcase a successful program
- Coordinate with billing team to ensure monthly invoices are sent accurately
- Perform detailed quality assurance checks on advertisements and custom units
The ideal candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising/Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-3 years of related experience (internships count)
- Ability to collaborate cross-departmentally
- Extremely proactive with strong communication, customer relations, and analytical skills
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced team environment
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Interest in digital media and technologies with a desire to constantly learn
The annual base salary range for this role is $60,000 - $65,000
Forbes has estimated the compensation range set forth above in good faith. The compensation range is what we believe we will offer, and ultimately pay, a successful candidate. In determining this range, we consider the experience, level of education (if applicable to the role), knowledge, skills, and abilities required to be had by a successful candidate as well as the budget and the company’s pay rates, generally.
