The Role:
JCDecaux is currently seeking a Ad Operations Coordinator, who will report to Vice President, Ad Operations and will be responsible for assisting Ad Ops management with implementation of projects and processes.
This is a full-time position based in our New York office and will operate in a hybrid work model.
Key Responsibilities:
Contract Administration:
- Daily processing of advertising contracts and Print Production Service Agreements
- Requires attention to detail and understanding of systems and policies.
- Liaise with finance & credit departments as needed for corrections, updates etc.
- Support Finance in audits to review data flow from system to system.
Print Production Coordination:
- Work with print team on the creation and trafficking of Print Production Service Agreements
- Ongoing follow up with Sales to ensure jobs are contracted and paid for
NYC Static Posting Activity:
- Material trafficking and Posting Round preparation:
- Traffic advertising materials in timely fashion & liaise with Operations to manage activity.
- Prepare and maintain posting activity chart for each posting week for NYC market.
- Confirm receipt of Posting Instructions from Sales & check to make sure information is correctly entered in the system.
- Communicate with Sales via email to troubleshoot issues with postings/takedowns, last minute adjustments.
- Backup for NYC market help desk tickets to facilitate updates to bookings for Sales.
- NYC & Co.- city partner
- Work with external partner to manage entire campaign cycle for partner owned inventory.
Administrative:
- Assist Ad Ops management with implementation of projects and processes.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree desired but not required.
- Ability to work in fast-paced and demanding environments.
- Must be comfortable with hybrid work schedule.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Must be able to coordinate effectively with all departments and levels of staff.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good “problem solving” ability within a high-pressure environment.Â
- Ability to be proactive and a team player.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Additional Information:
Base Salary: $50,000
