About the Opportunity: 

We are looking for a talented Ad Operations Specialist to join our team to lead planning, management, and delivery for Seekr’s advertising campaigns (both buy and supply side). 

You will be actively monitoring and optimizing elements of each campaign, including identifying any issues that may be negatively impacting performance and using data and analytics to drive decision-making. This role will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Creative, Product, Data & Analytics, and external DSPs. 

The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical experience in Ad Operations, be able to demonstrate how they’ve maximized ROI for campaigns both at scale and repeatably and be comfortable collaborating across many functions.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Own planning, management, and delivery for Seekr’s digital advertising campaigns (both buy and supply-side) 
  • Provide weekly campaign reporting with pacing against spend and goals. 
  • Understand channel intricacies (pros/cons of each, what works well/doesn’t)
  • Provide clear requirements internally and externally for campaign setup.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and remedy advertising inefficiencies 

Skills and Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience Digital Media Buyer or Digital Ad Ops role
  • Experience working with large Publishers (e.g. Meta, Twitter, Reddit, LinkedIn), Ad Networks, Ad Exchanges, DSPs, and DMPs
  • Experience with non-human traffic and viewability measurement tools (e.g. DoubleVerify) is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of how to optimize campaigns key performance indications (KPIs) such as CPC, CPM, CPA, CPL, etc.
  • Understanding of marketing funnel and how to measure campaign effectiveness at each stage (I.e. top, retargeting, conversion)
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational and follow-through skills
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results on time and with high quality. 
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple business and technical teams.
