Ad Operations Specialist - EMEA/APAC

👫 About the team

You will be part of the Commercial and Ad Operations team which is supporting regional business units, with a global and cross-team responsibility over commercial operations, including sales operations and operational efficiency, for both programmatic and managed services activities.

Team’s principles:

• Balance short-term value & long-term strategy

• Focus the efforts & expertises on the right topics (revenue drivers, strategic alignment)

• Follow Company Strategic intent and Product intent

✍️ What you'll do

• Be the expert and bring support to local teams for deal and campaigns trafficking, troubleshooting and scale in order to maximize delivery/revenues.




Monitoring and proactive optimization

• Monitor post-sale process, including but not limited to: campaign set-up, pacing and delivery, incremental revenue generation, and post-campaign analysis.
• Communicate with local business teams proactively in terms of campaign performance and work on incremental revenue generation and post-campaign analysis.




Support and reactive optimization

• Support our Customer Success Managers and their clients on executing their briefs, liaising with internal teams to get inventory or Data for the campaigns to be delivered.
• Respond to urgent trading needs from local business teams and support them to identify the first level of troubleshooting issues. Training and expertise sharing
• Facilitate Product growth by supporting Traders and Sales teams in the adoption of new features.
• Train local teams and newcomers on our campaigns and deal management platforms.

💪 About you

• 3+ years’ experience in adops of setting up campaign / troubleshooting / optimizing
• DSP and/or curation platform expertise
• Strong collaborative and cooperative mindset that can work with cross functional teams 
• A quick thinker and a fast learner with analytical skills
• Ability to navigate across internal teams to influence successful product and operational outcomes
• Growth mindset
