What You’ll Be Helping Achieve
Clients: DAA, Arco, Marathon
0 -1 year experience in digital trafficking, media planning or website tagging, ideally at an agency. The Ad Ops Coordinator will collaborate with media teams, account teams and external partners to traffic digital campaigns and set the analytics tracking needed. Excellent attention to detail, organization, communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once will be a key component of the ad ops coordinator's success. We are also looking for a candidate with a strong interest in ad tech and operational processes in particular.
What You’ll Be Working On
- Work with multiple teams to manage the receipt of trafficking sheet and creative assets for campaign launches
- Leverage CM360 to traffic digital creatives to placements, and generate tags to send to publishersÂ
- Request and implement any verification/study/audience pixels from fourth party vendors (IAS, Comscore, Millward Brown, Nielsen, JD Power, etc.)Â
- QA all assets to ensure they are to specÂ
- QA trafficking work in CM360 – Pull reporting to ensure campaign has launched and the proper ads have been traffickedÂ
- Maintain a strong understanding of the ad specs sheet and how it is usedÂ
- Work with various DCO vendors: Revjet, Doubleclick Dynamic, Flashtalking, etc. to traffic out dynamic assets according to campaign KPIs
- Coordinate with vendors, publishers, creative agencies, and internal teams to ensure the timely launch of campaignsÂ
- Troubleshoot any campaign issues • Provide overall support and/or coverage for Ad Operations FloodlightsÂ
- Work with media planning team to strategize floodlight placement on the websitesÂ
- Generate floodlight tags and work with various dev teams to implement floodlights and partner pixels onto the appropriate websitesÂ
- QA floodlights in staging and live environment to ensure they are firing on the sites by leveraging web debugging toolsÂ
- Pull reports to confirm data is tracking accordingly including through ObservePointÂ
- Implement and QA partner pixelsÂ
- Troubleshoot any floodlight issues Additional ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Maintain an understanding of our preferred verification partner's product capabilities and the workflow needed for implementationÂ
- Attend all relevant campaign meetings • Set up partner meetings for Ad Ops or greater teamÂ
- Juggle and prioritize tasks to manage constantly changing timelinesÂ
- Keep open lines of communication to ensure all stakeholders are aware of where you are in your workflowÂ
- Monitor and respond to emails in a timely mannerÂ
- Contribute ideas to improve workflow processesÂ
- Learn about developing technologies and how they can add value to our clientsÂ
- And other tasks and projects as assigned
How You’ll Excel In Your Role
- Extremely detail oriented
- Ability to work with large amounts of data within Excel
- Strong communicator and responsive to requests
- Interest in ad tech for digital advertising
- Team player and finisher of all tasks assigned
- Â Familiarity with SharePoint/Teams
- Working knowledge of HTML/javascript
- Familiarity with key ad servers (CM360, Flashtalking, Innovid, etc.)
- Able to translate technical details to non technical audiences
- Bonus points: enjoys solving puzzles/problems
Pay
$20/hr - non negotiable - equivalent: $36,400 gross yr.
