Ad Operations is a rapidly-growing discipline at Critical Mass. Working alongside Project Delivery, Marketing Science and Strategy colleagues we have developed a new understanding of the advertising landscape. By taking our passion of a relentless focus on the customer we are crafting more purposeful ads for our clients. We accomplish this utilizing a custom built ecosystem, which enables Ad Operations to work more efficiently, that distills ad units into their most granular components. Only then, can we understand what is truly driving success. This impactful methodology has Critical Mass positioned as a home for some of the most coveted performance marketing clientele.

Ad Operations Managers at Critical Mass champion all digital deliveries across multiple channels to countless stakeholders. Your expert knowledge of the media landscape will be an invaluable asset on a team of creative thinkers. Owning your relationship with Project Delivery, Marketing Science and external agencies will help you excel in a job requiring fast thinking, accuracy, and versatility.

You will:

  • Own the QA process, from campaign set up to launch and maintenance.
  • Build close-knit relationships with project management and analyst teammates.
  • Work with third party vendors to verify creative updates and rotations.
  • Work with external partners to troubleshoot campaign issues.
  • Manage deadlines and workflow.
  • Own the quality and consistency of your deliverables.

You have:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in advertising operations.
  • Knowledge of GCM and Social platforms.
  • Have some experience with dynamic ad serving partners (DCO) and a primary understanding of how testing gets set up.
  • Fundamental skills in standard and rich media ad trafficking software for display, video, mobile, search, and other emerging channels.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining focus and productivity.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, while paying attention to details.
  • Ability to work effectively under stressful situations and tight deadlines.
  • Excellent project management, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and seek help when needed.
  • Flexibility in a constantly changing environment.
