Job Description
ADAS Algorithm Developer. Troy, MI. Develop algorithms for advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) features such as Adaptive Cruise Control and Collision Avoidance. Validate algorithm design and improve performance using simulated and real-world environments. Perform data analysis to assess and correct performance deficiencies. Conduct in-vehicle testing and debugging with rapid prototyping and data analysis tools. Demonstrate algorithm function to OEMs. Implement customer-specific requirements. Optimize algorithms for real-time implementation. Assess and report feature performance. Requires Master's degree in Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a closely related field and coursework in self-driving cars, control systems analysis and design, model predictive control, dynamics, and vehicle systems design.
