This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Adjoint(e) au Conseiller Mobile en prêts Hypothécaires - Contrat de 12 mois - Bilingue based in Canada.

This role supports a mobile mortgage advisor within a dynamic personal and business banking environment, helping clients navigate one of the most important financial decisions of their lives: home ownership. You will act as a key operational and client support partner, ensuring a smooth and efficient mortgage application process from initial inquiry through to completion. The position combines customer interaction, administrative coordination, and business development support in a fast-paced, relationship-driven setting. You will play an important role in helping grow mortgage business by identifying opportunities and supporting client engagement activities. Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and a service-oriented mindset are essential. This is a remote-friendly position with occasional in-person requirements, offering flexibility while staying closely connected to clients and advisors.

Accountabilities:

  • Provide direct support to a mobile mortgage advisor by assisting with client inquiries and guiding customers through the mortgage application process.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks related to mortgage files, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely follow-up on documentation.
  • Support client engagement activities by identifying opportunities to attract new customers and contribute to business development efforts.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and communications using tools such as Microsoft Office.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure a positive and seamless mortgage experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support operational efficiency and ensure compliance with banking processes and standards.
  • Requirements:

    • Experience in administrative support, customer service, or financial services, ideally with exposure to mortgage or lending processes.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort working with digital tools and systems.
    • Excellent communication skills in both French and English (bilingualism required).
    • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured environment.
    • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build trust and maintain professional client relationships.
