About This Job
The main purpose of this job is to perform a variety of research functions and meets established standards for production and quality. This position will be responsible for resolving a variety of adjustments needed for both internal and external customer accounts, while also working with various financial institutions.
Essential Functions
- Resolve internal and external adjustment requests in the Federal Reserve, JPMC, and Viewpointe. Utilize multiple systems to generate and collect the information required to settle adjustments.
- Utilize the image adjustment system to open and work various adjustment case types
- File research documents
- Collaborate with internal and external customers regarding adjustment disputes
- Mail customer correspondence letters
- Perform other duties as required
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
- Basic knowledge of brokerage operations
- Strong customer service skills
- Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Inquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
- Basic level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Education & Experience
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- 1+ year related experience required
