PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITES:

· Organiser, gérer et suivre les commandes clients

PRINCIPALES ACTIVITES:

· ADV

- Gestion des commandes clients

- Coordination avec la finance pour les ouvertures de compte clients.

- Relance des options clients

- Confirmation des inscriptions stagiaires

- Gestion des absents selon nos CGV

- Suivi des litiges

- Gestion de la facturation et des avoirs clients et OPCO

- Téléversement des factures et documents sur les différents sites clients

- Gestion des financements OPCO

- Suivi des inscriptions de la plateforme CPF
