Admin - Client Services Representative

Brown & Joseph’s Client Services Department faithfully strives to efficiently and effectively maintain all of our client portfolios and communications. We are the group within Brown & Joseph that acts on behalf of this organization to help build goodwill and loyalty by consistently delivering for our clients. We work with diligence, integrity, and diplomacy in an effort to establish ourselves as a valuable asset in guiding client development. With the ever increasing complexity of our society, this dictates new methods and higher levels of client service that we strive to achieve.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a high level of professionalism to our clients
• Prioritize daily work throughout the day to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Navigate through multiple platforms with speed and accuracy.
• Work with clients to resolve inquiries. {Be able to identify problems and offer solutions}
• Read and interpret client documents
• Other duties as assigned by manager

Requirements:

• Strong work ethic
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Computer skills required. Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
• Time management skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in high pace environment
• Handle large volumes of accounts daily
• Incredibly well spoken & well written
• Prior client service experiences is a plus
