The ideal candidate must enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment. Mission Statement

  • Ideal candidate shall possess good communication skills, computer savvy, good at interpersonal relations, good at drafting minutes, preparing reports, contract and renewals, well versed in MS Office, disciplined, punctual worked in similar role for at least 2 years
  • Will be required to provide administrative support, in general Administration Roles in a manufacturing company in factory environment, pertaining to Housekeeping, Cabs, Hotels, Pest control, Events, Canteen, Security, Courier and any other admin roles assigned by reporting manager
  • This specific requirement is to handle administration of the location which shall be asking for individual to have experience in handling independently Canteen, Security, Scrap dealing from start to end, Housekeeping, Pantry, Printing, Stationery, Facility Management, Garden & Landscaping, Inventory Management, Invoice Processing, Database management, Documentation, Purchase Orders, Weigh Bridge Maintenance, CCTV Surveillance, Record Keeping, Meetings of Location Committees- Canteen, Scrap, etc and MoMs thereon, Preparing Contracts, Amendments to Contracts, organizing Events under the guidance of Reporting Manager.
  • An Administration Executive shall be ready to take on all responsibilities and legitimate work assigned by Senior Authorities and shall be justifying his role in the knowledge of his reporting manager.

Your Responsibilities

  • Prepare timely and comprehensive order booking, daily functions.
  • Experience and skill to run smooth administrative functions.
  • Business service on administrative functions satisfaction and improvement.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, emailing, communication skills, interpersonal skills
  • Technical or commercial background on university level or equivalent.
  • Multi culture experience is a benefit.
  • Living core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Your Background

  • A master's or bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 5 years work experience
  • Knowledge of SAP Multi culture experience is a benefit..
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required(Mandatory to add this last sentence
