Administration and Accounting Specialist

For our Business Unit Transformers based in Monselice we are looking for an Administration and Accounting Specialist who will perform work associated with both import and export administration.

Your responsibilities:

• Issuing, recording, and filing invoices (account receivable);
• Managing the entire invoicing cycle, from preparation to dispatch, ensuring compliance with current tax regulations;
• Monitoring payment deadlines and managing payment reminders;
• Reconciling invoices with accounting records and verifying received payments;
• Collaborating with the accounting department for monthly and annual closures;
• Preparing financial reports related to invoicing;
• Handling communications with clients and suppliers regarding invoicing issues;
• Supporting general administrative activities, such as document filing and managing correspondence;
• Support the post-implentation phase of SAP S/4HANA.

• Degree in Economics;
• Excellent knowledge of Italian and English;
• Good knowledge of Excel and SAP ERP;
• Knowledge of VAT rules with reference of goods and services sold to Italian/European/Extraeuropean customers;
• Experience in invoicing to customers for goods sold or services offered;
• Experience in analyzing accounting data and postings;
• Precision and attention in managing financial data;
• In&out logistics coordination is a plus.
