What does it mean to be an Administration Coordinator I at GLS?
As an Administration Coordinator I, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of loan administration requests, such as loan extensions, credit reporting disputes, ACH enrollment, customer correspondence, indexing important documents, and general
account updates.
How will you drive value within the organization as an Administration Coordinator I?
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, commitment to team and desire to provide world class service to customers within a rapidly growing and changing organization
- Establish a solid understanding of consumer auto lending to confidently and efficiently perform work processes
- Thoroughly research account information through use of computer applications and various mediums
- Exercise good judgment in processing customer disputes and inquiries
- Properly advise and support consumers’ needs for general account updates, extensions, etc.
- Provide feedback to management about process efficiency and ways to improve the customer experience
What should you already know to be successful as an Administrative Coordinator I?
- Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of one (1) year relevant customer service and/or administrative experience – automotive finance field preferred
- Must demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and professionalism with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills with working knowledge of the internet and standard business applications such as Microsoft Office; ability to quickly learn new computer applications as required
- Must be extremely organized, detail-oriented, and focused on meeting time-sensitive deadlines while managing multiple high priority tasks
- Ability to work well on a team and focus on results, exhibit adaptability and flexibility in a fast pace environment
Employment Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Constantly operate a computer and other standard office equipment
- Talk and hear to exchange accurate information
- Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading
- The position does not require travel
- Must be flexible to work within departmental operating days and times which include Monday through Friday, 8:00am-6:00pm
