What You’ll Do

Community Experience responsibility:

3. Office Management Keep office tidy/ Festival Decoration/ Seat Movement, Office Quick Fix
4. We Work Community Management We Work Account Management, Mail Pick up, Office Issues, Air Con Temp Adjustment, entry card application, repair and others
5. Office Engagement Activities Small Engagement Activities, Summer Party, Winter Party. Wayday

Administration / office support :

1. Payroll Payroll Issue Ordination
2. Team Travel Budget, Pod Outing Budget Coordination
3. Finance Cash Flow Forecast
4. Opex Tracker
5. Coordination between Wayfair & HFW including BR, Licenses, any legal document required

Ops support to CGF :

1. Invoice reconciliation and payment tracking CGF China "Track shipment to VAT invoice to actual payment.
2. Working with Vistra for payment outstanding and communicate with CS, SnS to hold shipment
