We are a growing IT Firm specialised in developing / providing Products and Services in Web and Mobile Apps, Intelligent Robotic Process Automation RPA, Cloud Migration, AI / ML, IoT Solutions, Mobility, Analytics to our Customers globally. We have our Development / Delivery Team working from Pune (India) and have plans to grow the business in multiple geographies globally.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant on this journey of growth, having the role as summarized below :

- Schedule appointments and maintain manager's calendar

- Plan meetings, handle all logistics and take meeting minutes

- Make travel arrangements and manage expense reports

- Update and maintain office policies and procedures

- Create and distribute emails, communications and letters

- Create and maintain reports, forms and spreadsheets

- Develop and maintain a records/filing system

- Order office supplies and research new suppliers

- Assist in resolving any administrative problems.

Qualifications

- Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role

- Extremely organized, detail-oriented

- Solid written and verbal communication skills 

- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
